According to information received from Padre Rubio, a historian and intellectual, member of the order of Father Dominicus and Don Moncito Báez, PALAZZO BARDECI, as it is now called, and once known as the 'Casa de la Argolla ', due to the importance of its Iron Knocker on the Main Door - now disappeared - the house was built in 3 different stages:
First Stage - 1519 Entrance and main room with staircase leading to the second floor. The presence of a Mudejar arch is found in the house, which was once owned by President Vicini Burgos - where it used to stand in a huge garden.
It is interesting to note the corners of the main room. Constructed of rectangular blocks of coral stone, made of 'masonry' or a variety of building rocks that firmly support the walls.
You can still see the holes left by the original building scaffolding.
Second Scenario - a few years later they were erected the two smallest rooms on the ground floor and the second floor the smallest bedroom and study.
Third Scenario-1600 saw the building the dining room and kitchen on the first floor and the master bedroom and bathroom on the second floor.
